These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the JOXER Beauty online store and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject always to rights granted by applicable Egyptian law.

Products and information

We aim to describe products, sizes, fragrance notes, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings may affect how colours appear, and fragrance performance can vary with skin type, climate, storage, and application. Product images are illustrative but should fairly represent the item offered.

Orders

An order is a request to purchase and is subject to acceptance, availability, verification, and successful payment or cash-on-delivery confirmation where offered. We may contact you to confirm an order. If we cannot accept an order, we will cancel it and refund any amount already collected.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be disclosed before the order is confirmed. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery

Orders are normally delivered within 48 hours after confirmation, subject to the qualifications in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Please provide complete and accurate delivery information.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer law. No provision in these terms limits a mandatory statutory right.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, or use store content in violation of intellectual-property rights.

Intellectual property

JOXER names, logos, product presentation, photography, text, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to JOXER and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except where permitted by law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, JOXER is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms displayed when your order is placed will generally apply to that order unless a legal requirement provides otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be subject to the competent Egyptian authorities and courts, without limiting any right to submit a complaint to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency.
