Delivery time

Orders are normally delivered within 48 hours after order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may be extended for remote areas, public holidays, severe weather, unusually high order volumes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order confirmation

We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and delivery details. Please provide an accurate name, phone number, and complete delivery address.

Shipping charges

Any applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout or confirmed before dispatch. We will not add an undisclosed delivery charge after your order is confirmed.

Inspection on delivery

Please check the external condition of your parcel when it arrives. If the package appears damaged, incomplete, or different from your order, notify us as soon as possible and retain the packaging and proof of purchase.

Delays and failed delivery

If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed date, your rights under applicable Egyptian consumer law remain unaffected. Additional delivery attempts caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or repeated unavailability may incur a further charge where legally permitted and disclosed in advance.
